These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 09 beat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 09 beat platform available at https://09-beat.com, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 09 beat platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 09 beat, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino games, slots, specialty games, promotional offers, bonus programs, and all customer support interactions. Account Security Obligations

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 09 beat immediately via [email protected]. 09 beat accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared their login details with a third party.

09 beat processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a set of locally integrated mobile financial services (MFS) providers. The platform does not accept transactions in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 09 beat platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200

General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is entitled to claim a specific welcome or new-player bonus once only. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses multiple times by creating additional accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

Abuse and Misuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, coordinated group bonus claiming, use of bots or automated tools, or any other strategy that 09 beat determines to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed. 09 beat's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All games available on the 09 beat platform — including slots, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, and specialty games — are subject to the rules of the respective game as defined by the game provider and as displayed within the game interface. Random Number Generation and Game Integrity

Technical Malfunctions

No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be due in such circumstances. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 beat platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person or entity.
• Money laundering: Using the 09 beat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; cycling funds through the platform without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, sports betting, or any other competitive game format.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, collect data, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or miscalculation in the platform's software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Registering or accessing an account while under the age of 18, or assisting an underage individual in accessing the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a previous ban.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves.
• Receipt of a third-party report or court order regarding the account holder's legal status, age, or identity.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months) — in such cases, 09 beat will send a notice to the registered mobile number before applying any dormant account processing procedures.
• Determination by 09 beat's risk team that continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from their registered contact details. 09 beat will process the closure request within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding AML or fraud reviews being in progress.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure — whether initiated by the player or by 09 beat — all bonus balances, pending free spins, and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited with no right of compensation.
